Mount Kailash (6714m)The farmed holy mountain in the west of Tibet is a mysterious mountain for travellers. The journey starts from Kathmandu, drive to Nepal boarder cross the  high way pass at Galchhi  and descend to Trisuli  River to reach the border village of Timmure Over night at there. After break fast We have to cross the bridge meet the Chinese guide and then drive to the Kerung  that is the trade centre also. Kailash and  mansarovar for Buddhist, Hindus and Bonpo faithful it is the abode of God Shiva; it is their sacred land. Kailash and Manasarover Lake are situated at 4500 meter above sea level, it is at the highest elevation on the Tibetan plateau. It is the source of holy rivers of south Asia like Indus, Sutlej, Brahamaputra and Karnali. Despite its barren and dry features the lake and the mountain has magnetic influence to devotees and visitors alike. Kailash circuit is 53km the holist of all-Hindu as well as Buddist pilgrimages and the beacon, which draws most travellers to western Tibet. It is said that a single Parikarma erases the accumulated sins of a lifetime, while 108 cicurmbulation will achieve Salvation. Mt. Kailash has long been an object of worship for four Major religious, for Hindu, it is domain of Shiva, It is also the abode of samvara-a multiarmed, wrathful deity worshipped in the chakrasamvara Tantric cycle of Tibetan Buddhism. The joins of India also reverse the mountain as the site at which the first of their saints emancipated. And in the ancient Bon religion of Tibet, Kailash was the secred nine storeys Swastika Mountain, upon which the Banpo founder Shenrab alighted from haven.

Lake Mansarovar:         
Sprawling below Mount Kailash is the sacred lake Manasarovar (4580m), where ritual bath will deliver a pilgrim to brahm's paradise and drink of its water relinquishes the sins of a hundred lifetimes.

Day13: After kailash Yatra start Muktinath Yatra  drive to pokhara via Manakamana Temple(200m).

Day14: Early morning flight to Jomsom then drive to Muktinath Temple (By Jeep/Bus). After Pooja  drive back to Jomsom.

Day15: Early morning flight back to Pokhara, Afternoon sightseeing in pokhara.

The following booking terms and conditions apply for all trips organized by us.

  1. Good health and physical fitness is required for all trips. So we would like to advise you to check your health condition before you book the trip.
  2. Travellers trekkers must have Travel insurance which covers accidents, emergency evacuation in case of you need to be rescued.
  3. When you confirm the trip, we need 30% advance of the total trip cost with a copy of your passport for reservation of the flight Ticket, Hotel Accommodation and trekking permit process. The rest of the payment you will make when you arrive in Nepal.
  4. You may use any means of payment such as western union, bank transfer, visa card or master card.
    After receiving a copy of your passport and the 30% advance then we will send you the final confirmation email.

  5. If you cancel your booking after you have paid or deposited for booking, the following percentage will be charged for cancellation:-
  6. There will be a cancellation fee of 30% for any cancellation Four weeks prior to tour departure date, 60% two weeks prior to tour departure date and no refund thereafter. No refund for no shows & delay arrivals whatsoever reason.

Note: But you may extend your trip without cancellation and charge till one year but we need to be informed through mail at least 2 weeks before the trip departure & you will have to pay the increased amount if the cost of the trip increased due to increment on the Local stuff used in the Trip.

How many days would I finish Kailash Parikarma and how long it is?

Kailash parikarma is approx 52 kms trek to be completed in 2 nights / 3 Days. Night Guesthouse in Dirapuk & Zuthul-puk. 12 km covered by bus and 38 km must be walk (trek).

What is the best time to travel?

Kailash Manasarovar yatra starts in the 1st week of May to till September every year. After September it will be closed.

How about accommodation facilities in Nepal and kailash?

3/4/5 Star hotel accommodation in Kathmandu Nepal and Normal hotel/guest house in Tibet.

What medical reports do I need to carry?

No medical report is required but we insist every person to consult their doctor before traveling to high altitude. Also every yatri must declare their physical status and specify if they are allergic to any medicine.

Besides the passport what other official documents will I need on the yatra?

You should carry: Valid Passport with 4 passport size photographs Medical Insurance Policy. ( But not compulsory)

Is it essential or good to commence the tour on a full moon day?

You can commence your yatra any day. Some people prefer to reach at Manasarovar or Kailash on the full moon day.

Can we take children with age group of 8 and 15 years?

Yes, you can take children (physically normal) along with you but at your own risk because you know your child better.

What will be the charges for children?

Yatra cost is same for children.

can you provide us vegetarian food?

Yes, we will provide pure veg food; cooks will be traveling with you during the entire trip. They will carry all necessary cooking items with them and you will get only vegetarian food during kailash yatra.

Can we prescribe the menu for cooking on daily basis?

Yes, you may discuss and suggest your choice. If possible and other yatris agree our cook will not mind cooking your choice of food.

Is VISA cost included in the total tour cost?

Yes, cost of Tibet Visa is included. However, cost of Nepal visa is not included (applicable for foreign nationals only). Indian passport holders do not need Nepal Visa.

Can we find some helpers to help our kids/luggage during the Kailash tours?

Yes, you can get helpers/porters for your kids/luggage; the charge may be approx Yuan 200 per day.

What will be the arrangement in case there is any break down of vehicle?

We will send another Vehicle and manage it immediately.

Are there any frequent landslides on the way?

No, it depends on weather.

What about communication possibilities?

Communication facility is available every where even Mobile network will work in Kailash parikarma. you can purchase Chinese sim card at taklakot, kerung ,Lhasa.

When & how to book the Kailash Yatra?

You should book this yatra minimum 45 days in advance. To book, we need copy of passport (1st page only) with 25,000 advance deposit and must be valid 6month your passport from your (Departure) yatra date.

Is there any Pundit available?

No, you have to bring your Pundit with your groups. we will try our best.

If we are not feeling comfortable or physically fit for parikarma then what we will do?

You must stay in Darchen for 3 days but you have to pay extra accommodation charge

No, we do not have any age restrictions. If you are physically fit you may travel but sometime Chinese Authority do not permit for people aged 70 or above.
